For the convenience of students, Internet Browsing, photocopying, telephone facilities at affordable rates are available within the campus. Emergency Medical Service is within the reach.

Centre for Soft Skills:

Equipped with the latest technology based Language Lab, our College is forged to establish a full fledged Centre for Soft Skills at the Undergraduate level. The English language teaching would integrate the practicals at Lab as part of its curriculum, assigning a number of credits. The objective of the Lab is to enhance the English Communication Skills and the Soft Skills of the students preparing them sufficiently for the vast job opportunities and the demands of the higher education.

Computer Centre:

Loyola Computer Centre (FIT Lab) is well equipped with state-of-the-art computers. It is located in a spacious building of 5,000 Sq. ft. floor space. There are around 120 systems connected through LAN. 25 licensed softwares are available. The Computer Centre is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm. So sufficient hands-on computer-hours will be given for students.

Infrastructure:

The college is situated in a vast 96 acre land. There are two main blocks, namely, North Block and South Block, of 60,000 sq.ft. each floor space. The Undergraduate classrooms and all the Science Laboratories are located in these blocks. There is a separate Intermediate block and separate Post-Graduate Block with a floor space of 10,000 sq.ft. A separate building for Computer Centre with a floor space of 5,000 sq.ft. is provided. A New Building has been added to the existing premises.

Library:

Our College has set up separate libraries for the P.G and the U.G. students.

U.G. Library (Fr. Gordon SJ Library):

The College Library, one of the best in the University area, has a collection of 83,700 volumes, 63,800 Text Books and 18,000 reference books and 1818 CDs for E-Learning. The library subscribes to about 122 periodicals and Journals. The library maintains a book bank for poor students and organises competitions apart from the ones organised by the library and Cultural Association.

P.G. Library:

Over the years the P.G. Library has accumulated a collection of 9,134 books dealing with subjects related to the PG Courses. It has a subscription of 43 national and 14 international journals. It has a spacious reading room with a seating capacity of 100 students. It adds every year new books and journals with substantiate budget.

Viscom Studio:

Special facilities for girl students :

As part of the College's commitment to the cause of the women's empowerment, ALC admits girl students into most of the UG and all PG courses. Women's Cell is very active. And a separate Girls' Waiting Room is available for girls. Special encouragement is given in Sports/Games/Cultural activities.

Extra-Curricular Activities:

Each department has an association with a Chairman and Office-bearers from among the students with a staff member as the Co-ordinator. The Departmental Associations organise co-curricular activities like science exhibitions, industrial visits, guest lectures and seminars as well as literary and cultural activities. A weeklong separate cultural festival called SPHOORTI is organized for the Degree students. In addition, students of the College participate in many Inter-collegiate and State-Level competitions and win prizes.

Facilities for Sports and Games:

Adequate facilities are available for the physical training of the students. A football ground, a cricket field, a hockey field, 4 volleyball courts, 2 basketball courts, 1 handball court, 3 lawn tennis courts, 4 table tennis tables, a ball badminton court, 4 shuttle badminton courts (indoor) and 1 multi gym in a spacious indoor stadium are located within the campus.

Kaladarshini:

A fine arts wing of the Loyola Management, Kaladarshini was started in 1990 and offers training both in fine and folk arts to the students of this college as well as to the general public. Courses in Music (Vocal & Instrumental), painting, Dance (Kuchipudi, Bharatanatyam) etc., are offered. This Loyola Institute of Fine Arts is affiliated to Gandharva University for Fine Arts, Maharashtra .

Special Facility for Girl Students

Since last year onwards Xavier Hostel with a capacity of 210 admissions is meant for the Girls Already there are 100 girls staying this hostel which is two minutes walk from the College and situated within the main campus.
