Established in 1989, the Department of Electronics has been dedicated to fostering a strong foundation in Mathematics, Physics, and Electronics. Since 2007-08, the department has expanded its offerings to include Mathematics and Electronics in combination with Computer Science. In 2013, Electronics Technology was introduced, focusing on Electronics with a combination of Computer Science, providing students with the necessary skills in theory, design, and applications that are highly sought after in the job market. 

The Department of Electronics is well-equipped with modern labs and infrastructure, enabling students to work on real-time projects and apply their knowledge effectively. The department has a proven track record of providing internships in reputed industries, which not only helps students gain valuable experience but also significantly increases their chances of securing job opportunities in major companies and multinational corporations.
